The Crown Club staff WAS very accommodating, with special thanks to Nora and Lane. I especially appreciated the Crown Club lounge and spent time there every evening. The breakfast choices were great, and the pool and gym on the 17th floor provided great views.

The hotel asked for a credit card in advance. This COULD be problematic with only debit cards.

The staff at the hotel ARE friendly. I especially want to thank Pauline, Nora, Morris, and Lane in the Crown Club for making my stay very nice. This level of service greatly enhanced my stay.
