Wonderful amenities and really good service
helpful staff breakfast choices great views
The Crown Club staff WAS very accommodating, with special thanks to Nora and Lane. I especially appreciated the Crown Club lounge and spent time there every evening. The breakfast choices were great, and the pool and gym on the 17th floor provided great views.
The hotel asked for a credit card in advance. This COULD be problematic with only debit cards.

The staff at the hotel ARE great. I especially want to thank Pauline, Nora, Morris, and Lane in the Crown Club for making my stay very nice. This level of service greatly enhanced my stay.

The room was very comfortable and large for the area. It had a very good mattress and a nice shower. The cleaning staff WAS thorough and maintained the room well throughout my stay.

The hotel offers easy access to many attractions and key points of interest. It is very close. Tsim Sha Tsui Promenade is a short walk. The location served as an excellent base for exploring.

varied options convenient proximity
the breakfast buffet included diverse options, carefully prepared selections of western and asian dishes. the coffee quality was amazing!!! it really started the day off perfectly. the location is very convenient, with close proximity to the mtr station.
the room i had felt somewhat dated for the price i paid per night.

The hotel features a rooftop swimming pool with panoramic views. It is open from 7 am to 7 pm daily. the fitness center provides cardio equipment, including four treadmills and three elliptical machines, accessible 24/7.

A Decent Stay
pre-arrival assistance beautiful suite club staff credit card request stressful emails unprofessional situation
The staff assisted with pre-arrival requests. My room was a beautiful suite, and it was quite nice. Crown Club staff members, Lane and Morris, provided great service. (I was particularly thankful for their help.)
The hotel seemed to ask for a credit card in advance, potentially declining bookings without it. I am not sure what happens with debit cards. I found the emails about this requirement stressful and a little unprofessional.
